1. Terms and Conditions
Payment and ordering
Currently, for security and convenience, we prefer to accept credit cards as our primary payment methods.

Once submitted, it starts designing and processing as soon as possible. Therefore, order changes/cancellations can only be accepted 2 days after you place the order.  This means that even if you contact our customer service after 24 hours after you have a new idea for an order, it may already be in production or in process in this case. Because in this case, it is possible to dedicate yourself to a model. We also cannot change the production or release, you can cancel the order: Please: Please see Return Policy for orders already in production or cancelled.

This explains that in the past product and packaging could take up to 5 days to process an order. Will vary. Once dispatched, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at your delivery location within the UK using standard shipping methods. International services are not currently available.

If the package is lost due to the wrong delivery address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for any loss. In this case, no refund will be possible.



2. Shipping Policy
How long will it take to receive my product?

Usually, it takes about 3-5 business days for our wallets to be made and sent.

After shipping:

Express will arrive within 1-3 working days;

Priority shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days;

Standard shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Please note that our production times may vary during the holidays.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

You may not change the shipping address after the order has been placed.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over £45.

How do I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that due to the custom work involved, orders may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. After receiving this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update via USPS.

Please keep in mind that delivery dates may change due to adverse weather conditions or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available and only orders are accepted for UK shipping addresses, but international shipping is our top priority.

If your personalised product is remade, your order may be delayed. Only items that pass the quality inspection process are sent out, meet our standards and aim to make the perfect gift for you.
Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or university housing. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.
Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
